Over 300 pages of great quality prints and memories. There are not captions for each photo which may disappoint some, but cmon that would’ve also taken Larry another year just to caption the photos that are included! Would definitely recommend for any motorsport fan out there, even if they don’t follow Larry’s work.
What a experience, first time I preordered a book, and men let me tell you, the packaging was second to none, the shipping was fast, the mail person drop the package in the heavy rain, and even that, the book packaging was bulletproof, good job. The quality looks insane,I’m about to open it, and be amazed , thanks so much men, definitely buying more books from Carrara . 10/10 I’m one happy costumer 😃
"Life At Shutter Speed" is an excellent photo journal capturing Larry Chen's impressive photojournalist career. Larry shares not only unbelievable imagery but memories that many of us will never be able to experience in person. A photo book unfortunately cannot capture the sense of smell or the sense of hearing, but this photo book does capture the sense of vision. Larry, thank you for sharing your life, your vision and your passion.
I have been waiting for this book since it was announced. I was not disappointed! It is packed full of the best images of cars and car culture. Worth every penny.
